Specialized removable / temporary KeliAnchors™ include KeliBolt, Crimped, Double Headed, and Lefty

OVERVIEW

Our specialized removable / temporary KeliAnchors come in KeliBolt, Crimped, Double Headed, and Lefty types for use in conjunction with KeliGrout or KeliGrouot 101-P. Because of their unique design, and when used with our KeliSlip product, they are removable. The KeliAnchor type you choose will depend on your specific application. KELIBOLT KeliAnchor


The KeliBolt KeliAnchor features a specialized thread tip to create resin pocket.

KeliBolt KeliAnchors can be customized with the following specifications:

    • Sizes from 1/2" to 3" or larger
    • Any length
    • ASTM F1554 Grades 36, 55, 105
    • Black, zinc plated, hot dipped galvanized
    • Stainless steel
    • Specials upon request

CRIMPED KeliAnchor


These specialized KeliAnchors are crimped at the top so that when loosened it allows the anchor (applied with our KeliSlip product) to be backed out of its embedment, making it removable.

Crimped KeliAnchors can be customized with the following specifications:

    • Sizes from 1/2" to 3" or larger
    • Any length
    • ASTM F1554 Grades 36, 55, 105
    • Black, zinc plated, hot dipped galvanized
    • Stainless steel
    • Specials upon request

DOUBLE HEADER KeliAnchor

These Double Headed KeliAnchors are constructed for temporary hold downs. Clamping force is applied by the free spinning nut and removal is made with an impact wrench in reverse on the welded nut.

Double Header KeliAnchors can be customized with the following specifications:

    • Sizes from 1/2" to 3" or larger
    • Any length
    • ASTM F1554 Grades 36, 55, 105
    • Black, zinc plated
    • Hot dipped galvanized not available
    • Stainless steel
    • Specials upon request

LEFTY KeliAnchor

This left handed removable KeliAnchor is a unique "stud" anchor that is removable.

The Lefty KeliAnchor with KeliSlip applied is installed in the usual manner. The nut can be wrench tightened by hand without risk of rotating the anchor within the cured resin.

To remove a Lefty KeliAnchor use a double nut threaded on the anchor. When driven by a high power impact wrench in a clockwise direction (which would normally tighten a bolt), the Lefty KeliAnchor will back out of the adhesive.
